From the Desk of the President - September 2020

I want to thank Peter Robinson (Common Grounds and Forestry) for all the work he has done this July keeping track of all the tree damage that was done during the July storms.

FINALLY – after 8 continuous votes, our Covenants and Restrictions have passed.  We are now living in modern times.  The final tally is in this edition of the Sentinel.  Also, if and when you decide to sell your property,  you are responsible  to furnish the purchasers with the updated by-laws and covenants and restrictions you all received.

DUES – READ THIS CAREFULLY
Some homeowners will be getting notices regarding non-payment of dues this year.  Those of you not paying know who you are.  Our 2020 budget was based on ALL homeowners paying their share to meet the Association’s financial obligations.

The fine incurred will be fifteen dollars a quarter ($15.00) for each quarter missed.

Remember, curb grass is the homeowner’s responsibility to keep clean.

STAY SAFE AND HAVE A SAFE AND ENJOYABLE LABOR DAY WEEKEND.
